Artist Beatrix Adams knows exactly how she's spending the summer before her senior year. Determined to follow in Leonardo da Vinci's footsteps, she's ready to tackle the one thing that will give her an advantage in a museum-sponsored scholarship contest: drawing actual cadavers. But when she tries to sneak her way into the hospital's Willed Body program and missed the last metro train home, she meets a boy who turn her summer plans upside down.
Jack is charming, wildly attractive...and possibly one of San Francisco's most notorious graffiti artists. On midnight buses and city rooftops, Beatrix begins to see who Jack really is--and tries to uncover what he's hiding that leaves him so wounded. But will these secrets come back to haunt him? Or will the skeletons in Beatrix's own family's closet tear them apart? (Summary from Goodreads)

I'm going to grab this one up because the storyline caught my eye. What other story has a main character trying to sneak in to view cadavers for artistic purposes? Plus it sounds like there is a little bit of mystery and romance in the story, too. I'm in.

Three royal houses ruling three interplanetary systems are on the brink of collapse, and they must either ally together or tear each other apart in order for their people to survive.
Asa is the youngest daughter of the house of Fane, which has been fighting a devastating food and energy crisis for far too long. She thinks she can save her family's livelihood by posing as her oldest sister in an arranged marriage with Eagle, the heir to the throne of the house of Westlet. The appearance of her mother, a traitor who defected to the house of Galton, adds fuel to the fire, while Asa also tries to save her sister Wren's life...possibly from the hands of their own father.
But as Asa and Eagle forge a genuine bond, will secrets from the past and the urgent needs of their people in the present keep them divided? (Summary from Goodreads)

I am a complete sucker for a story like this I have found in the last couple of years and this one sounds good! I can't wait to try it.
What are you waiting on this week?
Both sound good, but 'The Anatomical Shape of a Heart" is definitely going on my list to read! Great picks!
