This week's pre-publication "We can't wait to read it!" selection is:

Release Date: April 10, 2012
Publisher: Random House Children's Books

It was like an nightmare, but there was no waking up. When the night began, Nora had two best friends and an embarrassingly storybook one true love. When it ended, she had nothing but blood on her hands and an echoing scream that stopped only when tranquilizers pierced her veins and left her in the merciful dark.
But the next morning, it was all still true: Chris was dead. His girlfriend Adriane, Nora's best friend, was catatonic. And Max, Nora's sweet, smart, soft-spoken Prince Charming, was gone. He was also-according to the police, according to her parents, according to everyone -
a murderer.
Nora is determined to prove his innocence, no matter where it leads. Her night of blood is just one piece in a puzzle that spans continents and centuries. Solving it may be the only way she can save her own life. (Summary from Goodreads.)

I read and reviewed this a while ago and when I noticed that April was just around the corner when this one will release. I will certainly be getting my very own copy of this one and one for our MHS LMC. This was just such a thriller full of intrigue, adventure and blood. You've got to

Release Date: March 13, 2012
Publisher: Delacorte Books for Young Readers

Callie lost her parents when the Spore Wars wiped out everyone between the ages of twenty and sixty. She and her little brother, Tyler, go on the run, living as squatters with their friend Michael and fighting off renegades who would kill them for a cookie. Callie's only hope is Prime Destinations, a disturbing place in Beverly Hills run by a mysterious figure known as the Old Man.
He hires teens to rent their bodies to Enders - seniors who want to be young again. Callie, desperate for the money that will keep her, Tyler, and Michael alive, agrees to be a donor. But the neurochip they place in Callie's head malfunctions and she wakes up in the life of her renter, living in her mansion, driving her cars, and going out with a senator's grandson. It feels almost like a fairy tale, until Callie discovers that her renter intends to do more than party - and that Prime Destinations' plans are more evil than Callie could ever have imagined...(Summary from Goodreads.)

I know, I know! It's already out...but I haven't actually seen it yet! So it counts, right!? LOL! People have been gushing and gushing about this book! It sounds amazing and the book trailer is one we are actually featuring tomorrow in our meme Book Trailer Thursday because it's wicked good! I think what makes me so excited about this one is the similarities in the description to a show I adored on FOX called Dollhouse from a few years ago that was another fabulous brainchild of Joss Whedon. (He was the brilliance behind Buffy the Vampire Slayer!) CAN'T WAIT!
