Joanna & her daughters, Freya & Ingrid, have been under the restriction now for centuries. They've had to watch as people around them struggle while not being able to help them as they should be able to. When Ingrid & Freya can stand it no more they decide the council could never be concerned with a small charm or potion here & there. As they help people here & there they get more & more customers in need of their special talents...will they be able to keep themselves concealed? And what is going on with the water? Why are so many people getting so sick? What about the disappearances? Is everything connected?
I loved the writing in this and can't wait to read the next one! Great characters! I was rather surprised by the romance novel turns though! Yowza! Wasn't expecting that!
Now I have to be patient for Wolf Pact!
