Review: The Girl Who Played with Fire by Stieg Larsson

The Girl Who Played with Fire (Millennium, #2)The Girl Who Played with Fire
Author: Stieg Larsson
From: Purchased
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

After a brutal, double homicide of a couple Lisbeth visited just the night before, a manhunt begins to apprehend her. When her guardian is also found brutally killed, Lisbeth decides to figure out what is going on while all of Sweden hunts for her. Soon all of Millennium, Dragon Armansky and his crew, and the police of Stockholm are all after Lisbeth or after finding the real truth.

This 2nd installment of the Millennium Trilogy continues in a lightening fast account of evil men and how Lisbeth and Mikael hunt them done once again. The difference this time is that they are doing it separately since Lisbeth has hidden herself from the world now, including from Blomkvist.

I loved this one and blew through it to get to the end. Even though much of the actual drama was predictable and I figured out most of it before hand, but still loved reading the chase as it unfolded and desperately want to get to the last one so that I can see what happened to Lisbeth! Enjoy this one!
