Beastly by Alex Finn

Beastly Beastly by Alex Flinn

My rating: 3 of 5 stars
Kyle Kingsley is at the top of the food chain in every way in life; gorgeous, wealthy, sporty, dating the hottest girl, etc. His father has raised him to believe that only the most attractive people are worth anything in life. On All Hallow's Eve he plays his last evil prank on a homely, green haired classmate only to be turned into the extreme ugliness that he is on the inside with only 2 years until one can see past his beastly exterior to love him. If no one does in the 2 years allowed, he remains a beast forever.

I had such high hopes for this one since I have a bit of an obsession for fair tales and especially retold or fractured fairy tales. Sadly this was a bit of a disappointment. It was ok, but nothing too exceptional. On the other hand, it looks like the movie they've made from it will be great! Check it out at http://www.imdb.com/video/imdb/vi3249014...
